Allparts Dealer Application

Your e-mail address is required for access to your Allparts.com discount purchasing account.  If you do not want an online account, then you don't have to provide your e-mail address.

Please provide a scan or photocopy of your business license, or whatever state-issued document indicates you have a business. If you are in the state of Texas, we need a copy of your your Sales and use Tax Permit and a completed Texas resale certificate 

Your first order must be a minimum of $200 retail pricing.  Your dealer discount will be applied to this order.  You may either download our order form, fill it out, and submit it  - or - type your order into the Notes box at the bottom. You must submit an order with your application.
