Fits beautifully on my '63 Jazzmaster, looks like it has always been there. Unexpected improvement in tone (as if that were possible) probably due to increased downbearing of the strings on the bridge. Should come as standard equipment.

I have these on my 65 Jazzmaster and 69 Jag. Installs in a minute with no modifications and will not mar the finish / chrome etc. Gives the guitar a much tighter feel. If you love your Jag you'll love it more with a Buzz Stop, I promise. (They should have called it "Buzz Kill" but I still love it.)
