Bartolini Bridge Pickup for Jazz Bass® #9JL, Black.  This is a single coil unit with strong lows and low mids. The tone of this pickup is deeper than a vintage pickup; it's strength is in the lows and low mids.  Our single coils are quieter than traditional single coils but not quiet enough to be recommended for use with electronics.The 9J1 has deep Bridge tone. The #1 windings yield much more "growl" from the Bridge pickup. It is very similar to our old 94J pickup, just ever so slightly brighter at the bridge.
