I got this to replace the bridge on my Kramer ''The Duke'' bass in rare natural finish. My only complaint is the height screws can hang in space when the saddle wedges against the one(s) next to it, so: My advice is to put a dab of blue threadlocker on them, or a TINY dab of contact cement, or automotive glue on the height screws under the saddle so if they do start working their way out they won''t get lost. I am thinking the Badass II squared or II2 would have been a better choice as I can make the string spacing narrower and get the E and G over the pick up poles. The bass looks great. The strings are now evenly spaced, but a tad wider that needed, but it plays better, and sounds a bit nicer. The casting was flawless, parts well made and machined, and the plating looks great. It has some nice heft to it. For the price it is a great bridge that drops right on any Fender style vintage bass with 4 strings, as well as those who used that style bridge.
