Not quite 5 stars but still very very good.
Foil or a metal plate work the best for shielding audible frequencies. That black paint is rated for RF or radio frequencies. Unless you use an old vintage solid state amp you will be more concerned with EMI, or EI and not RFI. Old early solid state stuff was famous for picking up radio signals on the AM, SW and old PB bandwidths. If you do use an old amp that picks up radio use both paint with foil over the paint and pray the skin effect(s) do(es) not affect your tone. I wish this silvery foil came in wider dimensions. The best products I shall keep to myself. This one is very very close though! I used to work at a nuke power plant and KNOW 60-10,000 Hz shielding very well.
