Korean Tunematic, Chrome, with hardware, 2-1/16" String, 2-29/32" Post Spacing
Good for the money
I actually bought this bridge so I could rebuild the original bridge on an old Matsumoku Les Paul copy I''m reconditioning. Modern bridges wouldn''t fit the guitar, so by combining the saddles and screws on this chrome economy bridge with the base from the original Matsumoku bridge, I was able to improve the tone and intonation of the guitar. Very economical yet decent quality. I wouldn''t hesitate to install this bridge on a Gibson-style guitar of modest value.Reviewed by: (Verified Buyer) Peter Webb from Canada. on 11/22/2014
No isues for the money on my ES335
I put one of these on a nice Elitist Japanese made Epiphone Es 335 1963VS which has upgraded pots, used 1980 Shaw pick ups, and a bunch of Allparts pots, wiring and a varitone wired with a switch I ordered in from Japan that is true bypass for the varitone. I have older Gibsons that have ABR1s on them. I got the guitar used with Duncan P 90 humbucker sized pickups an upgraded stop tail piece and Gotoh tune o matic. I am used to seeing the ABR1 so I found one in a box of Allparts stuff I never used and slapped it on the guitar. Believe me if it had any issues I''d swap it out. If it aint broke don''t fix it. It is staying on my stage stand in for my 61 ES335. Nuff said! Surprisingly good quality for the price! The plating is good too!Reviewed by: Seth Burgin from Phoenix, AZ United States. on 12/5/2011 6:54:00 AM
