The wide one could use better safe edges, but....
These do load up some, and I always recommend using some form of brush in a Dremel with any file use, and a good filing, or bur lube such as that stuff Rio Grande Jewelry Supply sells. With the lube chatter is reduced, and a small bottle brush in a Dremel keeps them clean. I can still use a ground down tricorner with the best of them, but these do save time and reduce the amount of skill required or at least the effort to keep the crowns alike. The jumbo size would have been nicer if it had the safe smooth sides along each edge like the medium and small files, but you can deal with it OK. The cut is very good, but still a little short of great. Until the Swedes make these, this is about as good as it gets. They are great for knocking down tall frets to match an odd size too!
