The Göldo 8.3mm Triple Edge Countersink (MFG#WS83S) is a high-quality countersink bit used for beveling screw holes and enlarging the holes meant for string-thru ferrules that are too narrow or have lacquer build-up that needs removing.  To enlarge holes, simply drive the countersink as far into the hole as necessary.
