If you don''t know what these are check out "Buck Trent"
and his electric banjo. ","These are de tuning banjo tuners. They look rather normal compared to the Shot Jackson plate mounted semi-pre-Hipshot style D tuners. They are a lot of fun! It is made by Schaller so the quality is good. I made a neck for an old Recording King Mastertone pot and these are on it. My Recording King was made by Gibson, and it already had a genuine 1930s Bacon & Day mute so why not go whole hog? It was not the top end model, so gold was a bit much and the mute is nickel plate so these work great. So go see the little ''Buck Trent'' shorts on Youtube, or if you are in Branson Mo. go see Buck Trent. The string other benders will require custom machined bell cranks and pedal steel guitar parts. Buck explains it all in one of his videos, and $10 or $20,000 later you too can have an electric banjo. I just have an old acoustic one.
